About Gear Up

Gear Up was established by Callum and Rachel Anderson in early 2017, to help Marlborough businesses operate efficiently and safely at height, using tried and tested technology. The business has been designed to help people navigate the new Health & Safety Work Act (HSWA), by offering excellent access equipment, delivered to site, paired with Callum’s decade of experience in health and safety programmes.

It was in his tenure as Blenheim Branch Manager for Toll that Callum saw the opportunity to specialise in elevated work platforms (EWPs), realising there was “a better way up”. The idea of running a business in this growing field, along with rapid development in the region, inspired the pair to Gear Up and get the business off the ground.
